Eins vorweg: eine Stadt ist schöner als die andere!
Nachdem es uns in Manfredonia gelungen ist bei der policia di state einzuklarieren sind wir jetzt sogar legal im Lande!
Auf die Frage des Ausklarierens, sagte uns die Polizei … non importante …
Die Erfahrung zeigt wieder mal, dass Englisch nicht die Lieblingssprache der Italiener ist … 🙂
Wir sind von Süditalien echt begeistert, Vieste ein Traum, Trani zum niederknien, Monopoli begeistert, Polignano wow.
Und sogar die Industriestadt Manfredonia hat eine charmante Altstadt und Einkaufsstraße.
Der Küstenabschnitt südlich von Vieste, Steilküste mit vielen schönen Buchten, „Gargano“, ist wohl einer der schönsten Italiens.
Aus Seglersicht:
Da wir Anfänger sind lernen wir jeden Tag sehr viel! 🙂 Was hier in Italien fehlt sind die unzähligen Inseln, Buchten und Marinas wo man sich bei schlechtem Wetter schnell „verstecken kann“. Hier muss man planen und hat schnell mal 20 Meilen bis zum nächsten Hafen und ist bis dahin ungeschützt.
Heute, am 24.07., beim Start nach Brindisi, sind wir nach 30 Minuten umgedreht und waren heil froh wieder im Hafen von Monopoli zu sein.
Der Wind, 20 Knoten NW war perfekt, aber die 3-4m Welle die sich aufgebaut hatte war uns echt zuviel.
Interessant sind auch die Preise in den Marinas/Häfen. Meistens um die € 30, in Polignano € 95 (wir haben dann direkt vor der Marina geankert, in Trani € 37 (hier hatten wir viel mehr erwartet, in Monopoli liegen wir seit 2 Tagen kostenlos im Hafen.
Resümee: ja nicht zuviel fragen!
Ach ja, die Klappräder haben sich echt bewährt!
Einziges Problem ist die Qualität der von Sports Direct verwendeten Schläuche!! Wir haben schon 4 „Patschen“ geklebt und zwei Schläuche ganz erneuert!
Hoffentlich legt sich das Problem mit den neuen Schläuchen, denn es sind bisher nie Fremdkörper die eindringen sondern immer Fehler/Schwachstellen der Schläuche!
